Bokator, or L'bokator (Khmer: ល្បុក្កតោ) is a Khmer 
martial art that includes weapons techniques. Bokator is one of the
oldest existing fighting systems in Cambodia, which was the close
quarter combat system used by the armies before Angkor 1,700 years ago.
The techniques use a diverse array of elbow and knee strikes, shin
kicks, submissions and ground fighting. The knees, hands, elbows, feet,
shins, head, shoulders, hip, jaw, fingers can be used to strike an
opponent into submission today, or to cause death in Angkorian times.
